Payment and Shipping*

Payment: 

  • Currently is only accepted through Paypal.
  • If you do not have an account, Paypal will instruct you on how to join. If you prefer not to sign up, Paypal will redirect you to a secure page to pay directly through entering your card information.
  • Payment is due in full at time of purchase and no orders will be made or shipped out until payment has been cleared.

Shipping:

  • Risen Phoenixx ships worldwide.
  • Please allow 2-4 days for orders to be processed and shipped out as some items will be made to order.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after your order has been received.
  • Please note that Risen Phoenixx has no control over shipping time or any delays caused by your the postal service.
  • *International orders* Charges and Import Duties charged by Customs will be placed on the parcel when it reaches your country. the recipient is responsible for paying these charges. Risen Phoenixx has no control over Customs policies and import duties that vary from country to country.
  • Please ensure that all shipping details are correct.
Returns:

  • Risen Phoenixx strives for 100% satisfaction from its customers, but in the event that an item is defected, an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value can be made. 
  • Requests for an exchange must be made within 5 days from the delivery date.
  • All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
  • Custom and personalized orders cannot be exchanged.
